Guduchi Satva

Guduchi Satva is a starchy material extracted from the stem of Guduchi i.e. Tinospora cordifolia. It is a well-known Ayurvedic single drug formulation having a wide range of therapeutic efficacy.

Guduchi Satva is famous for its utility in pitta dominant disorders. So it is a drug of choice in diseases like hyperacidity, gastric & peptic ulcer, GERD. Even if the hyperacidity is due to H.Pylori, Guduchi Satva works very well in it.

Guduchi Satva is also a drug of choice for all types of Jwara i.e. fever. All types, any etiology is effectively treatable with the use of Guduchi Satva. Frequent administration (muhurmuhu) can arrest the progress of any type of fever in first stage irrespective of any etiology, such is the efficacy of Guduchi satva. So every patient of fever can be prescribed Guduchi Satva even without a single thought.

Guduchi Satva is also useful in Madhumeha (diabetes mellitus). It readily controls the hyperglycemia, thereby increasing the energy of the diabetic patient. It can be administered to both DM-I & DM –II patients.

Guduchi Satva has also been found effective in all types of autoimmune disorders. So it can be used in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, grave’s disease, hashimotos thyroiditis, IBD etc.

Dose:

500 mg to 1 gm or as directed by physician
